| Description | At the beginning, a submitted contribution briefly outlines the topic of material and procedural correction of criminal injustice. Consequently, it proposes an analysis of related legal regulation of material and (or) procedural corrective in the Czech and Slovak criminal law, whereupon it provides an opinion view on this issue, its benefits, deficiencies, or possibilities of eventual changes de lege ferenda. |
