| Description | The text deals with the concept, aims, functions and objects of the interpretation of law. It presents three basic approaches to the interpretation of the law and their possible conflicts. It characterizes individual subjects of the interpretation of law in terms of their formal obligation. It analyzes the various methods of interpretation of law and presents the requirement of interpretative conformity with constitutional law, European law and international law. |
