| Description | Conference paper deals with the issue of liability relations for climate change from the perspective of state liability – in the article, particularly the Czech Republic as a member state of the European Union. This article aims mainly to analyze the current status on state liability in relation to adaptation to climate change on the Earth and to assess whether the current situation is sustainable or not. |
