Description | The existing scholarship stresses the role of the domestic level of the ECHR system for the successful implementation of the ECtHR’s case law. This article concurs that the domestic legal and political processes are crucial for compliance with the ECtHR judgments, however, argues that they cannot be analysed in isolation from their international input, i.e. from the ECtHR’s rulings. |
