| Description | Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) is characterized by radiological and histopathological findings of usual interstitial pneumonia (UIP). However, the presence UIP does not always mean a diagnosis of IPF. The aim of this paper is to focus on the differential diagnosis of diseases associated with the radiological picture of UIP. |
