| Description | The Czech scholars usually argue for declaratory nature of actions for voidability of resolutions passed in general meetings of shareholders. The accuracy of this statement is at least questionable. Thus, the aim of the paper is to discuss the nature of the court’s decisions about voidability of shareholders resolutions, and consequently to prove that the nature of the court’s decisions is constitutive. |
