Description | Lecture shows, that we can consider russian philosopher V. S. Solovyov to be an antinatalist in the wide sense of this word, because he refuse bringing new generations into the world. However, in the narrow sense, Solovyovs thoughs fundamentally differ from nowadays conception of antinatalism, which is represented in the works by David Benatar. Benatar´s philanthropical goal is extinction of humans while Solovyov claims immortality. |
