Description | The main aim of the presentation was to introduce results of a research project about impact of interaction style of coach on perceived training load among elite adolescent athletes to broad professional public. The results show significant relationship between interaction style of coach and level of perceived training load among elite athletes. Results also confirmed the existence of gender differences and differences between individual and team athletes in the level of perceived training load. The results of this study can be used in coaching practice as a guideline for interaction with young elite athletes and prevention of overtraining syndrome. |
