Description | The article shows the close intellectual link between Karel Engliš, outstanding interwar economist, and František Weyr, founder and main representative of the Brno normative legal school. Engliš and Weyr proceeded in his analysis of noetic foundations of scientific cognition from Kant's critical idealism. Engliš in his economic theory developed noetic teleology as part of his theory of thought order based on the noetic trialism of causal, nor-mative and teleological cognition. His ideas enriched Weyr´s legal normativism. |
