| Description | In this paper we build on our previous contribution presented at the ČAPV conference in 2016, while analyzing the issue of so called inbreeding more deeply. Academic inbreeding is a practice in which a university employs its own graduates. The aim of our presentation is to raise the academics’ awareness of the issue of inbreeding. In our paper we draw on our review and in-depth analysis of studies published abroad. |
