| Description | Masaryk University is responding to the need of improving the quality of tertiary education by opening the Centre for Pedagogical Competency Developement (CPCD or CERPEK) http://akad.rect.muni.cz/cs/cerpek. The first run of the programme is taking place at the moment. In our contribution, we are going to, first, to introduce the programme aimed at the development of pedagogical competence. Second, to present the participants’ feedback. And third, to summarise the questions and challenges we are dealing with. Based on these points, we would like to have a discussion and ask you for your thoughts, ideas and advice that could help us better understand the challenges and maybe even overcome them. |
