| Description | The period bounded by the years 1918-1945 brings the development of both communities in the years democracy and nazi totalitarianism when in connection with economic and social problems came to the fore about the foreground and political issues. These culminaded in the years of the protectorate (1939-1945. There was a period of brutal nazi occupation, which the citizens felt at every step. On 9 May 1945 the German occupation administration ended and Letovicko was again free. The text was based on the study of archival sources in the regional archive of Blansko, the Moravian Land Archive, the period newspapers, the existing literature and the memories of the witnesses. |
