| Description | Employers in the Czech Republic with curtain number of employees have a duty to employ people with disabilities. A lot of them employ but some choose alternative ways. In this presentation I focus on employers who decided to employ. What is their experience? Was it a challenge or duty for them? Where are the barriers according to them and what would they recommend to others? The presentation is based on results of a qualitative research. |
