| Description | The GDPR brings among other aspects also new obligation to personal data breach documentation. Personal data breach represents a subcategory of security incidents, characteristic by an impact on personal data. The understanding of the extent of this term is related to the conceptual scope of personal data. The blurry boundaries of the definition are particularly evident with respect to the diversity of data processed by the IoT devices. The aim of the contribution was to identify indicators relevant to the determination of security incidents that constitute personal data breach in this context. |
