| Description | Twelve species of large Branchiopoda, which include fairy shrimps (Anostraca), tadpole shrimps (Notostraca) and clam shrimps (Spinicaudata and Laevicaudata), have been historically known from the Czech Republic. All of them are classified as threatened: 2 as regionally extinct, 5 as critically endangered, 2 as endangered and 3 as vulnerable. |
