| Description | The list includes a fairly large number of species – 261, i.e. 30 % of the total number of species known in the Czech Republic. The number of species immediately threatened by extinction or extermination is not very large at the moment, but most species included in the list are susceptible to adverse interventions into their natural habitats, and may be used for bioindication and possible assessment of the condition of protected localities or those suitable for protection. |
