| Description | Presented publication is divided into two parts containing the issues of hearing perception assessment and the communication skills abilities in early age children with hearing loss. In the first part of the publication there are the theoretical outcomes about the communication development in child with hearing impairment while using hearing support. The second part of the publication deals with the research results based on the mixed model design. Based on the questionnaire research and the interviews with the speech therapists, special education teachers and early care consultants there has been analysed the tools used for hearing perception assessment in children with hearing loss at the age 0-36 months. Apart from above mentioned also the questionnaires for hearing perception evaluation in the early age had been involved as IT-MAIS and LittlEARS. The author of the publication took participated in the adaptation of the test battery for the Czech environment. |
