| Description | This article deals with the labour-law regulation of the compensation for non-material damage suffered by survivors of the worker who died due to an occupational injury or occupacional disease, in particular in the scope of some conceptual problems connected with this regulation, which are assuming greater importance in the light of the substantial changes of the non-material damage compensation regulation, which were addoptet with effect from 1. 1. 2014 in the area of general civil law. |
