| Description | The publication provides an evaluation of the Small Projects Fund in the Elbe / Elbe Euroregion for the 2007-2013 programming period as well as individual projects. It is based on an extensive analysis of the quantitative and qualitative nature, incl. field survey of EU grant recipients. It also proposes measures and recommendations to improve the situation. |
