Description In the course of ages, the law has had to cope with the challenges. Nowadays, when the artificial intelligence slowly becomes a part of our society, nothing has changed. The question is, to what extent and if the law should respond to the technologies. The section is therefore focused on the mutual interactions of the phenomenon of artificial intelligence and law, regardless of the legal sector. The papers should emphasize the transformations of individual legal institutes and proposals for solutions to whether and how to regulate the artificial intelligence. The section is an opportunity for all the papers operating with an artificial intelligence as the element of a legal relationship, i.e. its subject, object or content. Based on that, the legal issues related to artificial intelligence can be addressed in all legal areas, such as civil law (legal personality of artificial intelligence, the questions of responsibility), copyright law (artificial intelligence as an author) or criminal law (artificial intelligence as a criminal offender). However, artificial intelligence can also be a tool for processing the law and its interpretation - even the papers from this are are welcomed in this section. Finally, the papers discussing the potential negative consequences of the development and deployment of artificial intelligence and their reflection are welcomed as well.
