| Description | The paper deals with the judicial control of public administration in the Czech Republic, pointing to the dualism of judicial control and focusing on administrative justice. It is approaching its organization and at the same time it represents the most significant changes in its institutes of process since the constitution of the current legal regime of the administrative judiciary in early 2003. The paper also suggests some legal issues that would at least merit reflection and debate on the parties to their changes. |
