| Description | The paper considers the question as to why, when and to what extent there is a right of the accused person to access to the file. It then analyzes the provisions of Section 65 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, according to which, for serious reasons, it is possible to deny this access. Furthermore, it describes the requirements to be imposed on this exceptional procedure. |
