| Description | The text introduces Jaroslav Kallab not only as an important interwar professor of criminal law but primarily as an outstanding legal philosopher, a follower of the Brno normative legal school. His critical legal philosophical considerations meant the enrichment of Weyr's Brno normative school. Kallab's work focused on basic ontological, noetic, methodological and axiological issues of law. His philosophical considerations were reflected in the philosophical foundations of his theory of criminal law. |
