| Description | The book-chapter examines the legislative responses of the Czech Republic to the case law of the European Court of Human Rights. First, it lists the major actors of those processes and the possible scenarios of legislative change induced by the Strasbourg judgments. Subsequently, it analyzes in detail the legislative reactions to the ECtHR's judgments against the Czech Republic. The conclusion summarizes what legislative areas were most affected by the ECtHR and how the ECtHR contributed to the Czech law. |
