| Description | Relationship between competition law and environmental law is not very often mentioned. Therefore, this article generally focuses on environmental protection which could result in possible anticompetitive behaviour. The aim is to present European Commission’s approach on this matter and analyse whether there are possible environmental anticompetitive agreements which could be exempted from art. 101(1) TFEU. |
