| Description | Paper represents a brief overview of the Czech music education system and its well practices. A special focus is given to the following themes: international collaboration of Czech music educators and pedagogues, interlinks between ISME and Czech Orff Society, tradition of democratic pedagogy tendencies in the work of Comenius and others, teachers life long learning, democratic and holistic tendencies in Czech music education and tradition of Czech Choir mastership and the role of the National Information and Consulting Centre for Culture (NIPOS). |
