| Description | The article focuses on services provided to convicts who are released from imprisonment, in particular to services provided by a social curator, as well as by the Probation and Mediation Service, and these were selected with regard to the possibility of a positive influence on the convict in the context of resocialisation after his release. The released person has no statutory obligation to visit the social curator after his release, and therefore, the article contains free consideration and outlines issues related to the possible introduction of this duty. The activity of the Probation and Mediation Service is also mentioned, especially from the point of view of the performance of the court-supervised conditional release. The article is rather informative and overviewing. |
