| Description | In his contribution the author defines protection of person’s privacy, respectively of one’s right to privacy and how it expresses within institutes of personal search and body examination that are provided by Section 82 and 114 of Code of Criminal Procedure. In this context the author considers protection and secure of these rights when personal search or body examination are performed in case of transsexual persons. |
