| Description | The paper discussed results of social work in selected health care facilities. In the first part is shortly described theoretical framework, in second part is presented methodology of research and in the third part are sum up the main research results. It's evident that the professionalization of social work in health care is linked up to educational process, specifically to development of competence and proficiency to be a social worker who is able to work in social as well as health care sector. That is a quite important in long term care. On the other hand, important influences on professionalization are reflected in the paper as well as possible opportunities. |
