| Description | If there is a security or an instrument with connected rights which is impossible to apply without a security or an instrument, and this security or an instrument is redeemed, a security or an instrument is replaced by a court decision. If there is a redemption of the blank bill of exchange, the fundamental question arises whether it is possible to realize the right to complete the blank bill of exchange after a redemption or not. The author's goal is to answer the question whether a blank bill of exchange could be redeemed and then whether it could be redeemed as an ordinary document. Next question is whether special regulation of bills redemption could be applied. The author also focuses on the effects of the judicial decision on the redemption of the blank bill of exchange, its influences on the future of the right to complete the blank bill of exchange and the possibility of its realization. |
