| Description | The paper was focused on the relationship between freedom (autonomy of will) and equality in private law. Freedom and equality are conflicting principles of private law. However, antidiscrimination law is not an incoherent element of private law but it should be considered as a personality limitation of private rights. Anti-discrimination law is also a manifestation of the principle of honesty and has significant links to the notion of abuse of law and pre-contractual liability as well. |
