| Description | The paper was focused on the relation between industrial designs and copyrighted works in the light of the Art. 7 (2) Berne Convention. The attention was also paid to convergence of industrial designs and copyrighted works under the Art. 17 of the Directive No. 98/71/EC. Finally the notion of originality in different European jurisdictions and the case-law of the CJEU has been discussed. |
