Description | In the case of a conditional release from prison, the convicted person is given the opportunity to prove that he has improved and is able to lead a proper life without committing any further criminal activity and having to execute the entire sentence before serving his entire sentence. In such a case, a properly timed conditional release may also affect the success of the convict's resocialisation. The institute of conditional release is undoubtedly also important in terms of motivation for the convict and at the same time to reduce the negative impacts on the social environment and the convict's life. |
