| Description | The article focuses on Czech case law on administrative inspections in the waste management.A particular attention is paid to the legal consequences of various errors on the side of the inspectors and the interpretation of the duty of cooperation, which applies to the inspected person. The author concludes that the Courts try to balance the purpose of the control and preservation of the rights of the individuals. As a result, the contested decisions are rarely abolished in spite of the minor misconduct of inspections. |
