| Description | The text first presents the characteristics and specifics of postage stamps as a product of historical culture. The object of the study is the theme and symbolism of Czechoslovak stamps in the period 1948–1989 with regard to application in history teaching. Based on a large number of concrete examples, the text emphasizes the importance of pupil competence to analyze and interpret propagandistic messages for the development of media literacy and historical awareness. |
