| Description | The article deals with particular cases concering the issue of responsibility of minors for their obligations decided by Constitutional and Supreme court of the Czech Republic. Analyzing the collected data, the author offers a practical handbook for assesing the minor´s (non)responsibility for the commitments made, which should provide a help in predicting the outcome of court rulling. |
