Description | This paper presents a multi-variable agent-based model implemented in the NetLogo tool. Purpose of the model is to simulate the workplace environment, cooperation and competition of employees, their performance and levels of stress, and how these aspects can be influenced by management decision making. A brief overview about the components of the model is provided, as well as possible application and future directions of the research. |
