| Description | This article makes the first step necessary for learning more about the ways national courts actually use the Strasbourg case law and about the effects it has on the ECHR system. Using numerous examples from the case law of the Czech apex courts, the article introduces a classification of argumentation with the ECtHR’s case law that can be used as the basis for an eventual empirical analysis. |
