| Description | The paper shows the contribution of the normative theory of law that was developed by the school of normative legal theory from Brno for the contemporary modern legal thinking. Despite skepticism agains this theory, we want to show that this version of normativism played the constitutive role in the modern legal thinking. In short, its importance is that it shows how lawyers should think and talk about the law as lawyers. |
