| Description | The paper focuses on the interpretation of the art. 4 (2) of the Treaty on European Union dealing with national identity. The concept of national identity has not been clarified so far by the Court of Justice of the European Union, so many questions remain unanswered. The contribution also responded to the conflict between the Czech Republic and the European Union regarding the Directive (EU) 2017/853 on control of the acquisition and possession of weapons. |
