| Description | This year's regular tick ticking at three localities in Brno meets the interest of the media. This means that the population of the city of Brno is informed about the activity of the collected ticks. This article draws attention to the record number of poisoned ticks at the site of the Brno dam, where 93 individuals were struggling in an hour. The results so far suggest that the number of ticks will increase unprecedentedly in 2018. It is because of the rapid onset of a warm and still damp spring. It is therefore advisable to warn and recommend the principles of behavior in nature in front of ticks. |
