| Description | The article deals with motives that led normal people to choose the career of a clerk. It focuses mainly on a middle and subalternen clerks. The motivation is seen mainly in career posibilities, regular income and in the entitlement to a pension after the end of one´s career. An analysis of each of these motives is based on a source material. |
