| Description | The paper is based on a broader concept of diagnostics understood as (a) the identification of client/patient characteristics and states of importance for the explanation of causes, prognosis, indication, and personalization of treatment and (b) a process that is concurrent with and continuously informs the treatment. The paper presents two contemporary approaches based on technological innovations: routine outcome monitoring of the therapeutic change through online questionnaire systems and the application of network analysis in the field of psychopathology. |
