| Description | The institute of Commandite Sum was incorporated in the Czech legal system with the adoption of the Business Corporation Act, mainly on the basis of foreign models. Nevertheless, the significance of the Commandite Sum is questionable. It should not be overlooked that the proposed amendment to the Business Corporation Act counts no longer with a Commandite Sum. It is possible that this institute will disappear from the legal system. This paper will deal with insufficiencies of regulation and will present reasons for the abolition of this institute. |
