| Description | The theme chosen reflects one of the common goals of the Supreme Court and the Supreme Public Prosecutor's Office for 2018. This objective has allowed the possibility of more frequent use of so-called diversion in criminal proceedings. At the beginning, the term of diversion is defined and its possible classification is accepted. The following chapter is focused on its more frequent use in criminal proceedings. The third chapter contains general and specific proposals that could increase their the frequency of use. These proposals are inspired by foreign legislation, for example Slovak, Hungarian, Austrian, German or French. |
