| Description | This article analyses some particular criminal offences, which come in question when asking whether certain false statement of the defendant in the course of criminal proceedings may be criminally sanctioned. These specific criminal offences are false accusation, defamation, breach of rights of another and fraud, failure to make a true declaration of property and hate speech. The article deals with each of this criminal offences separately and strives to determine the conditions under which they may be committed by the defendant. |
