| Description | This study is devoted to some issues in the field of financial law sensu largo, specifically for tax law in the broad sense. The legal regulations of the countries forming the Slavic Triangle in Central Europe are very similar mainly because of their evolution, historical experience, similar mentality and culture of their populations. Natural closeness and friendly relations have also inspired the adoption of neighbourly solutions to legal issues, including issues in the area of procedural tax law. |
