| Description | The article deals with Supreme Court judgement on remuneration of chairman of the board of directors, who was at the same time an employee of parent company. Beyond the judgement, the article deals with two other issues related with the situation, when a board member of subsidiary is an employee of parent company at the same time. These are: (1) effects on the liability of body member, and (2) effects on the right of employer to give an orders dealing with employee's performance of office in subsidiary. |
