Description | The main topic of the submission is to verify the previous research outcomes in talent management in the company environment. The contribution is based on the results of previous research in this field and the thematic analysis of in-depth interviews with HR professionals. It deals with the identification of key characteristics of talented employees in managerial positions. The analysis outcomes confirmed the results of previous research: the characteristics related to education, professional qualifications, and cognitive abilities proved to be important but not decisive. Communication skills, social competencies, motivation, and personality are at the forefront. Adaptability and flexibility are also critical elements regarding future labor market development. |
