| Description | The author uncovers the nature of the unilateral legal proceedings of the Labor Law Ombudsman as a newly proposed substantive law institute to help promote and enforce the labor law in practice. This is done by analysing unilateral legal acts of other relevant bodies and persons (trade unions, Labor Office, mediators, Labor Inspectorates) and related entities in selected foreign jurisdictions. The author does not forget the issue of labor law. The latter is expressed precisely in the context of the issue of the Labour Lawyer Ombudsman. |
